High-precision cold-drawn precision steel pipe production characteristics
High-precision cold-drawn precision steel pipeIt is a new type of high-tech energy-saving product. In recent years, precision steel pipes produced using this technology have been widely used in domestic manufacturing fields such as hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, coal underground supports (pillars), oil pump pipes, and jacks. The promotion and application of high-precision cold-drawn precision steel pipes is of great significance to saving steel, improving processing efficiency, saving energy, and reducing investment in hydraulic cylinders and cylinder processing equipment.
Cold drawing method: productionHigh precision cold drawn tube──Compared with traditional cutting technology, the hydraulic cylinder block has the following characteristics:
(1) High production efficiency: It takes 154 hours to produce a cylinder with an inner diameter of 420 mm and a length of 12 meters using the traditional method, but only 4 minutes using the cold drawing method.
(2) High authenticity rate: Since the boring rolling head also serves as a guide, during the cutting process, the blank tube deflects due to its own weight, causing the rolling head and boring tool to deviate, resulting in scrap. The authenticity rate can only reach about 60%, but when produced using the cold drawing method, the authenticity rate can reach more than 95%.
(3) High metal utilization rate: Using traditional boring methods to manufacture cylinder blocks, the metal utilization rate is only 50-70%. When produced by the drawing method, the metal is not cut into iron powder, but can be stretched by 30%, and the metal utilization rate can reach 95%.
(4) It can improve the mechanical properties of the finished pipe metal: it is produced by drawing method, so that the blank can obtain more than 30% plastic deformation, and the strength limit of the finished pipe metal is greatly improved due to work hardening. Generally, the inner strength limit of finished pipes is increased by up to 60%. High-precision cold-drawn pipes are made from seamless hot-rolled steel pipes and straight-seam welded pipes. After chemical treatment, they are drawn on a special cold drawing machine using a mold designed with a special deformation principle to produce high-precision pipes. Its dimensional accuracy reaches H10~H8, straightness reaches 0.35~0.5mm/m, and surface roughness reaches Ra1.6-0.4.
