1) There is air intrusion into the cylinder. An exhaust device should be added, or the hydraulic cylinder should be moved rapidly at its maximum stroke to force the air out.
2) The sealing ring at the end cover of the hydraulic cylinder is pressed too tightly or too loosely. The sealing ring should be adjusted to have appropriate tightness to ensure that the piston rod can be pulled back and forth smoothly by hand without leakage.
3) The coaxiality of the piston and the piston rod is not good. Should be corrected and adjusted.
4) The hydraulic cylinder is not parallel to the guide rail after installation. It should be adjusted or reinstalled.
5) The piston rod is bent. The piston rod should be straightened.
6) The piston rod has poor rigidity. Increase the piston rod diameter.
7) The gap between the moving parts of the hydraulic cylinder is too large. The fit gap should be reduced.
8) The installation position of the hydraulic cylinder is offset. The parallelism between the hydraulic cylinder and the guide rail should be checked and corrected.
9) The inner diameter of the hydraulic cylinder is linearly poor (drum-shaped, tapered, etc.). It should be repaired and the piston reinstalled.
10) Corrosion and roughening in the cylinder. Rust and burrs should be removed, and if necessary, boring should be performed.
11) The nuts at both ends of the piston rod of the double-rod piston cylinder are tightened too much, causing poor concentricity. The nut should be loosened slightly so that the piston is in its natural state.
