How to repair surface defects of honing pipes
The surface of the honing pipe will have many pits before processing, which is an important factor affecting the quality of the honing pipe. 1. Increase the amount of cold drawing deformation
Increasing the number of cold drawing deformation passes and increasing the total deformation can achieve the purpose of reducing the depth of pitting and reducing the honing grinding allowance.
2. Prefer hot rolled pipe blanks
The pitting defects of cold-drawn pipes are all caused by hot-rolled pipes. Therefore, by selecting hot-rolled pipes with low corrosion degree and uniform wall thickness, pitting defects can be reduced and the yield rate of the cylinder barrel can be improved.
3. Cleaning of inner hole defects of hot-rolled pipes
