Analyze the reasons for the exhaust of non-standard cylinders in the honing pipe system?
When the hydraulic system stops working for a long time, the oil in the non-standard cylinder system flows out due to its own weight and other reasons. At this time, it is easy for air to enter the system. If there is air in the non-standard hydraulic cylinder or air is mixed in the oil, it will cause the honing pipe to move unstable. Therefore, generally the air in the system should be exhausted before starting work in the hydraulic system.
To this end, exhaust devices can be installed at the high ends of the non-standard cylinder (often where air accumulates). There are two types of exhaust devices. One is to open an exhaust hole at the high part of the non-standard oil cylinder and connect the exhaust valve with a pipe for exhaust; the other is to place an exhaust plug at the high part of the non-standard oil cylinder. Both exhaust devices are opened when the non-standard cylinder is exhausted and closed after the exhaust is completed. The exhaust valve needs to be installed at a high point in the oil cavity of the non-standard cylinder to discharge air.
